Die Aufgabe

Weiterentwicklung der Systeme der Produktgruppe entsprechend der vom strategischen Produktmanagement spezifizierten Funktionalität
Initiierung, Planung und Koordination von Produktreleases und produktspezifischen Entwicklungen
Umsetzung (Planung und Koordination der Entwicklung) von spezifischen Kundenanforderungen im Rahmen einer Auftragsabwicklung
Festlegung systemseitiger Anforderungen, Entwicklungsziele und Validierungstests für die Systemmodule (=Systembausteine)
Erstellung und Pflege des Produkttemplates
Unterstützung des technischen (3rd Level) Supports von Applikation und Service

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Physik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fach (Master/Promotion von Vorteil)
Erfahrung in der Planung und Integration komplexer Systeme – mit optischen, mechanischen und elektronischen Anteilen
Technische Gesamtverständnis der Produktgruppe
Verständnis für Kundenanforderungen
Grundsätzliche Kenntnis der HIMT Systemtechnologie
Projekterfahrung und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Analytisches Denken, methodisches Vorgehen und technische/experimentelle Erfahrung
Fähigkeit zur inhaltlichen und termingerechten Umsetzung der produktspezifischen Roadmap und Kunden Projekte
Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Projekte in einem komplexen technischen Umfeld

Your mission

Further development of systems within the product group according to the functionality defined by strategic product management
Initiating, planning, and coordinating product releases and product-specific developments
Implementing specific customer requirements within the scope of order processing (planning and coordinating development)
Defining system requirements, development goals, and validation tests for system modules (system components)
Creating and maintaining the product template
Supporting technical (3rd level) application and service support

Your profile

Degree in physics, engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
Experience in planning and integrating complex systems with optical, mechanical, and electronic components
Comprehensive technical understanding of the product group
Ability to understand customer requirements
Basic knowledge of HIMT system technology
Project experience and project management skills
Analytical thinking, structured approach, and technical/experimental expertise
Ability to deliver product-specific roadmaps and customer projects on time and to specification
Strong sense of responsibility for projects in a complex technical environment
