Sie suchen neue, abwechslungsreiche und spannende Aufgaben als Technikredakteur (m/w/d)?

Seit 40 Jahren entwickeln und fertigen wir bei Heidelberg Instruments hochpräzise Laserlithographie-Systeme, die zur Mikro- und Nanofabrikation in Industrie und Forschung eingesetzt werden. Unsere anspruchsvollen Kunden erwarten von uns maßgeschneiderte und umfangreiche Betriebshandbücher, die den Richtlinien für Maschinen in der Halbleiterindustrie entsprechen.
Die Aufgabe
  • Erstellung, Überarbeitung, und Verwaltung technische Informationen, vorwiegend Texte in englischer Sprache sowie Illustrationen und Screenshots
  • Erstellung technische Grafiken basierend auf CAD - Daten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit und Berücksichtigung aktueller Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien
  •  Selbstständige Themenrecherche, Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen und Beteiligung der eigenen technischen Dokumentation entlang des Produktlebenszyklus
  • Konzipierung, Pflege und Verwaltung der eigenen Inhalte im Redaktionssystem docuglobe
  • Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung von redaktionellen Richtlinien, Redaktionsleitfaden und Terminologie
Ihr Profil
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Redaktion, entweder im Studium oder durch Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Proaktive, Lösungsorientierte und Systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation, Detailgenauigkeit, Pragmatismus

We offer you a modern, varied and unusual working environment in special machine construction.
For 40 years, we at Heidelberg Instruments have been developing and manufacturing high-precision laser lithography systems that are used for micro- and nanofabrication in industry and research. Our demanding customers expect us to provide customized and comprehensive operating manuals that comply with the guidelines for machines in the semiconductor industry.
Your mission
  • Creation, revision and management of technical information, mainly texts in English as well as illustrations and screenshots
  • Creation of technical graphics based on CAD data
  • Independent work and consideration of current laws, standards and guidelines
  • Independently researching topics, coordinating with the relevant specialist departments and contributing your own technical documentation along the product life cycle
  • Designing, maintaining and managing your own content in the docuglobe editorial system
  • Assistance in the further development of editorial guidelines, editorial guidelines and terminology
Your profile
  • Experience in technical editing, either through studies or professional experience in the field
  • Good command of English
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and systematic way of working
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Reliability, motivation, attention to detail, pragmatism
