Your mission
  • Sales and marketing, from initial contact to purchase order, of our suite of micro-fabrication, nano-fabrication, and 3D printing equipment
  •  Acquiring new customers and continuing business with existing customers via technical product presentations (both online and on-site), customer Q&A sessions, daily communications, and other effective means of technical sales. 
  • Generation of customized quotations based on customer requirements
  • Planning and attending scientific conferences, exhibitions, and user workshops throughout North and South America
  • Forecasting sales pipeline and maintaining / updating our CRM database on a frequent basis
  • Frequent communication with product management and technical support staff at our company headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany 
  • Observing and reporting of competition and market trends
Your profile
  • Degree in Engineering or other natural sciences
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in an engineering or other technical position
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to effectively convey highly technical information in an understandable and concise manner
  • Organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and on a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel to conferences and customer locations, concentrated regionally across the U.S. (up to 30%), as well as occasional travel our headquarters in Germany for international sales meetings, factory tours, and product demonstrations for customers
  • Close proximity to Atlanta, GA preferred
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
