Field Service Engineer (f/m/o) – Heidelberg Instruments, Inc.

Heidelberg Instruments is the leading manufacturer of direct write lithography solutions for micro- and nano-scale patterning and 3D printing. We are currently looking to fill several Field Service Engineer positions within in our North American service department.
This role offers continuous exposure to the latest developments in an exciting growing field, cutting edge technologies, and people who are passionate about the future of technology. You will be working side-by-side with our customers in several highly technical fields including laser optics, electronics, software and mechanical systems.
Job Responsibilities- Commissioning of precision lithography systems in the Americas, which includes assembly, setup and final qualification of equipment at our customers sites.
- Field upgrades to existing installations.
- Maintenance, service, and in-depth diagnosis / troubleshooting of lithography equipment at the customer’s site.
- Online and on-site Customer Training and technical support.
- Provide progress reports and status updates to the customer and supervisor.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships

The successful candidate will have the choice of working from one of our offices or remotely. Office locations include Torrance, CA, Minneapolis, MN, and Boston, MA.
